What is an 8 hour concierge day of personalized support?
Concierge support is one scheduled 8-hour window of private coaching with me using HIPAA compliant Spruce Health.
You can send me texts throughout your 8 hour block and check in if needed, with 5-10 minute phone calls throughout your day as cravings, plans, social situations, negotiations, or difficult moments come up. I’ll coach and support you through them while you’re actually in them.
What are the requirements for concierge personalized support?
This is a retainer-based service. Full payment of $2,300 is required in advance to reserve your day.
If you are not an established client, you will need to schedule a separate 60 minute appointment before your day. This allows us to discuss your needs, establish goals, and determine whether this service is appropriate for you.
The first appointment is private-pay at my 50 minute session rate of $200.
Your first 8 hour day would be $2,500; once you are established, future 8 hour days would be $2,300.
You will be provided a Consent for Treatment to sign, which includes HIPAA laws, your rights and responsibilities as a client, and my practice information with detailed financial information.
Do we talk for eight hours straight?
No. This is as needed support throughout your scheduled window via text or one of your brief phone calls.
We begin your 8 hour support window with a text from me. After that you message me when something comes up. I’ll respond throughout the time frame with coaching, perspective, strategies, accountability, and your next move.
How quickly will you respond?
I am available throughout your scheduled window and respond as we go. During your scheduled window, my goal is to respond to messages within 15 minutes. This isn’t emergency support. Response times may vary because of phone service, technical issues, or circumstances that prevent an immediate response. On your day, I will be in a location with a strong cell signal. You are responsible for confirming that your own phone and data services are reliable enough for text and phone communication.
What days can I book?
I open a small number of A Concierge 8 hour day intensives each month.
Your appointment needs will be discussed at a prior scheduled appointment.
What hours do I get?
Your intensive includes one consecutive 8-hour support window.
The exact start and end time will be shown when you choose your date.
What if I’m traveling or in a different time zone?
Appointments are scheduled in Eastern Time to ensure my availability.
What should I book this for?
This works especially well for a day you already know could be challenging: your first sober weekend, a wedding, knowing you will need to interact with an ex, girls’ trip newly sober, family visit, travel day, or a familiar pattern you want to interrupt.
You can also book it after drinking if you want support getting back on track instead of letting one night become a week.
What if I scheduled my day for sober support and I drink during my time?
Tell me.
This isn’t a pass/fail day. If you drink, we’ll work with what’s happening, interrupt the spiral, and decide what you want to do next.
Is this medical support?
No.
Concierge support uses cognitive behavioral skills. I don’t give medical advice or provide emergency services during this time. HIPAA does still apply during this time.
Stopping alcohol abruptly can be medically dangerous for some people. If you drink heavily or regularly, have experienced withdrawal before, or have any concern about whether it’s medically safe for you to stop drinking, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before changing your alcohol use.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Because I reserve the entire support window specifically for you, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed/no showed intensives are non-refundable.
Is it refundable?
Once your intensive date is scheduled, your purchase is non-refundable, but you may reschedule up to two times.
Is what I share private?
Yes. This time is private and confidential. psychotherapy. However, the laws around duty to report risk to self or others still apply as outlined in the consent for treatment that will be provided to you for signature.
How many of these do you offer?
I offer two intensives per month.
When the available intensive days are booked, they’re gone until the next month.
